Claude is useful when you want to explore a question, understand the evidence, and decide what deserves attention next. Bloomio gives that conversation a structured property to work with in Klaviyo.

Step 1: Add the Bloomio skill to Claude

Download the skill file, then add it to Claude before you start asking questions.

Download the Claude skill

A file named bloomio-intent-knowledge-claude-v0.1.0.zip will download. Do not unzip it.

  1. In Claude, select Customize → Skills → + → Create skill → Upload a skill.
  2. Choose bloomio-intent-knowledge-claude-v0.1.0.zip, then enable the skill.

Step 2: Confirm the property

Start with a check that does not change your account.

Ask Claude

In my Klaviyo account, check whether you can see my Bloomio segments. Do not change anything. Tell me what you find.

Step 3: Get started with intent

Walk through a brief discovery process to define one specific test or task with a clear outcome.

Ask Claude

I want to find the best opportunity to use my Bloomio segments in my Klaviyo account. Ask me questions one at a time to help me figure out where to focus first.

Four practical places to start

1. Analyze how your existing campaigns performed against intent-tier audiences

Ask:

Ask Claude

Compare open rate, click rate, and revenue per recipient across my Bloomio segments for my last three sent campaigns.

This tells you immediately whether the model is predictive in your account.

2. Audit your flows for intent-based personalization gaps

Ask:

Ask Claude

Audit my Klaviyo flows and tell me where I could add a conditional split based on Bloomio.

This surfaces the highest-leverage places to add intent routing without rebuilding flows from scratch.

3. Draft a campaign targeted at high-intent browsers

Put the segment to work right away. Ask:

Ask Claude

Create a campaign targeting my Potential buyers (High Intent) segment with a conversion-focused offer.

This is the fastest way to generate a measurable result you can tie back to the intent signal.

4. Build a browse abandonment flow that branches on intent

One of the most strategic uses of the property. Ask:

Ask Claude

Use Bloomio to build a browse abandonment flow for potential buyers with high intent.

This helps tailor your browse abandonment flow for intent.

Claude helps you think. You make the decision.

Ask Claude to inspect and draft. Then review the property, audience rules, channel eligibility, suppression, message, and measurement plan in Klaviyo before activating anything.

Keep the first test small

Choose one outcome, such as placed-order rate or revenue per recipient. Compare the result with a baseline or holdout when you can. If the evidence is incomplete, keep investigating rather than adding another message.

Use better context to decide what deserves action now.
