Klaviyo can tell you when someone viewed a product, opened an email, added to cart, or purchased before. Those events matter. But they don't automatically tell you when one customer may be materially closer to a purchase than others.
Demand is always forming within your list. See it early and understand where customers seem to be in their buying decision.

Bloomio adds intent scores and segments to Klaviyo. It keeps them updated as browsing behavior changes. You get segments to help contacts make their first purchase, buy again, or return after a lapse. Use them to tailor your campaigns and flows: what you say, who you send to, and when.
Klaviyo builds segments from conditions you set. Bloomio learns how your highest-converting customers browse. It then compares each eligible contact’s browsing with those patterns to assess purchase intent. It checks how often they visit, how long they stay, and how deeply they browse. Intent scores update in Klaviyo every 15 minutes to keep your segments fresh.
These levels show how closely a contact’s browsing matches patterns seen in your highest-converting customers. High intent means stronger signs of purchase intent. Medium means some signs, and Low means weaker signs. No Recent Intent means there is no recent browsing activity to assess. None of these levels guarantees a purchase.

No. Bloomio updates intent scores and segments in Klaviyo. It does not edit your copy or creative, change your flow setup, or launch campaigns. You choose where to use the segments and what to change, test, or send. If you use intent in a live flow, changes in intent can affect who receives its messages.
Bloomio reads events from Klaviyo. These include store visits, product views, carts, checkouts, and orders. It uses how people browse to score intent. Past orders help place each contact in a First Purchase, Repeat Purchase, or Winback segment.
Browse intent is a sign of how close someone may be to buying, based on how they browse your store. Bloomio looks for patterns seen in your highest-converting customers. This helps you spot demand before a contact’s first order. At that point, there is no purchase history to guide you.

Behavioral targeting personalizes messages based on what shoppers do, including visit recency, return frequency, products viewed and purchases. Purchase history is commonly used for targeting, but browsing behavior adds context before a shopper has made a first purchase, when purchase data cannot yet help.
